No-Guilt Pasta with Spinach & Ground Turkey

Lean ground turkey and protein-packed spinach will have you walking away from this pasta meal feeling ready to take on the world - and not in a carb-fueled food coma.

  • Pasta
  • Ground Turkey
  • Spinach
  • Olive Oil or Butter

Equipment Needed:

  • Pan
  • Pot
  • Stovetop

Step 1: Boil water in a large pot
Step 2: Cook pasta according to package instructions
Step 3: Add oil or butter to a pan and heat over medium heat
Step 4: Cook ground turkey for 7-10 minutes, until no longer pink
Step 5: Remove the turkey and sautee the spinach 3-5 minutes, until wilted
Step 6: Add the pasta and meat to the pan with the spinach and stir to combine
Step 7: Oil and season with:

  • 1 part salt
  • 1 part pepper
  • 2 part oregano
  • 1 part basil
  • 1 part garlic powder
  • 1 part crushed red pepper
