Honey-Lemon Salmon & Sprouts with a Baked Potato

Treat your sweet side with this honey-lemon infused recipe that brings out the best in the salmon and sprouts. Add some red pepper flakes if you're feeling a little dangerous.

Equipment Needed:

  • Pan
  • Oven
  • Stovetop

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 F, poke a few holes in the potato, and bake for an hour until inside is soft
Step 2: Oil and season salmon
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 4: Cook salmon skin-side down for 2-3 minutes per side. Reduce heat to low, flip salmon, cover, and cook 5 more minutes.
Step 5: Chop Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute Brussels sprouts for 8-12 minutes, until Brussels sprouts soften on the inside and develop a crunchy, golden-brown exterior. Stir occasionally, every 2-3 minutes or so
Step 8: Plate salmon, baked potato, and Brussels sprouts together and serve!
