Garlic-Rosemary Steak with Quinoa & Cauliflower

The name pretty much says it all. And luckily, the instructions are easy as can be.

  • steak
  • quinoa
  • cauliflower
  • oil or butter


  • 1 part rosemary
  • 1 part garlic powder or minced garlic

Equipment Needed:

  • Pan
  • Pot
  • Stovetop

Step 1: Cook quinoa according to package instructions
Step 2: Oil and season steak
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat
Step 4: Cook steak for 2-3 minutes per side, until it reaches your desired level of done-ness
Step 5: Chop cauliflower into bite-sized pieces
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute cauliflower for 7-10 minutes, until cauliflower develops a nice golden-brown exterior
Step 8: Plate steak, quinoa, and cauliflower together and serve!
