Egg-Fried Quinoa with Broccoli

This vegetarian, protein-packed meal will fill you up without slowing you down. Add in the fact that it's super cheap, and you got a winner.

  • Quinoa
  • Eggs
  • Broccoli
  • Oil or Butter


  • 1 part salt
  • 1 part black pepper

Equipment Needed:

  • Pan
  • Stovetop

Step 1: Cook quinoa according to package instructions
Step 2: Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk until yolks and whites are combined
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 4: Cook eggs until they reach desired consistency. Stir frequently.
Step 5: Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute broccoli for 5-10 minutes, until broccoli becomes crispy and golden-brown.
Step 8: Add the quinoa and egg to the pan with the broccoli and stir to combine
Step: 9 Serve the fried quinoa and enjoy!
