Healthy, Tasty Chicken Stir-Fry with Broccoli & Bell Peppers

So much tasty, nutritious goodness in one pan. Slice up some boneless chicken breasts or thighs, sear them until no longer pink, added in some broccoli and peppers, saute until tender, add the chicken back in, and you got one appetizing meal.

Prep Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 15 mins

Ingredients:

  • Chicken
  • Bell Pepper
  • Broccoli
  • Oil or Butter

Equipment Needed:

  • Pan
  • Stovetop

Step 1: Slice chicken and bell pepper into strips and cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces
Step 2: Add oil or butter to a pan and heat over medium heat
Step3: Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes
Step 4: Remove chicken from the pan and saute broccoli and peppers for 7-10 minutes
Step 5: Add chicken back into the pan and season with:

  • 1 part salt
  • 1 part black pepper
  • 1 part garlic powder
