Sesame Steak Stir-Fry with Broccoli & Bell Peppers

Load this easy, one-pan stir-fry with all your favorite Asian spices - sesame, ginger, garlic, Sriracha. Cook the steak and then the broccoli and bell peppers in the same pan so they soak up some of the juices. Quick, simple, and delicious.

  • Steak
  • Bell Pepper
  • Broccoli
  • Oil or Butter

Equipment Needed:

  • Pan
  • Stovetop

Step 1: Slice steak and bell pepper into strips and cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces
Step 2: Add oil or butter to a pan and heat over medium heat
Step 3: Cook steak for 5-7 minutes
Step 4: Remove steak from the pan and saute broccoli and peppers for 7-10 minutes
Step 5: Add steak back into the pan and season with:

  • 1 part salt
  • 1 part sesame seeds/li>
  • 1 part garlic powder
