Sauteed Sliced Bell Peppers

A simple, healthy side dish that can be ready in minutes.

Prep Time: 5 mins Total Time: 10 mins


  • Bell Pepper
  • Oil or Butter


  • 1 part salt
  • 1 part black pepper

Equipment Needed:

  • Pan
  • Stovetop

Step 1: Slice bell pepper into thin strips (see instructional videos below)
Step 2: Add oil or butter to a pan and heat over medium heat
Step 3: Saute bell peppers for 5-7 minutes, until bell peppers start to develop some color.
Step 4: Season to taste
